You retain ownership of your transcriptions, but grant us a license to process and store them as part of the service.

User Content and Privacy

You are responsible for:

Subscription and Payments

Subscription Terms

• Billed monthly or annually, as selected
• Automatically renews unless cancelled
• Cancellable at any time through account settings

Payment Processing

• Payments processed by RevenueCat
• Pricing and currency displayed before purchase
• Refund policy follows RevenueCat and platform guidelines

Data and Privacy

We prioritize your privacy and data protection:

• Encrypted storage of audio and transcription data
• No selling or sharing of personal information
• Limited data collection for service improvement
• User control over data retention and deletion

Transcription Accuracy Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for subscriptions in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

You may delete your account and stop using the service at any time.
